My client is looking for a Reward Professional to support the HCM and payroll system transformation onto Workday.

This is a great opportunity to add value and provide your expertise in reward and Workday whilst gaining experience in a global system transformation project.

  • Extensive experience in a HR environment
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of Workday is essential for this position
  • Responsible for EMEA region and managing the content for employees
  • Compensation and benefits experience
  • Experience of working in a HR systems transformation project
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
