At EAC Consulting Group we are looking for our next hire to join the team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales person to move into a Recruitment role who wants to join a progressive, vibrant and dynamic Organisation.
With our growth plans over the next 12 months, this hire is vital to the on-going development of our Organisation, over time the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress through our tangible hierarchy and benefit from a NO Threshold bonus structure, meaning bonus is payable from month 1.
Currently we have set Divisions within the Sales/Commercial Recruitment and Financial Recruitment market, so are seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join one of these Departments based on their skills set.
The role will be heavily focused on building new relationships so demonstrative experience in a Sales environment B2B or B2C is a necessity as a resilient mindset is a must.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Basic Salary between £17,000 - £22,000
Bonus structure, WITH NO THRESHOLD
Progression path up to Divisional Director (with Divisional profit share)
Frequent trips away, nights away, lunches and drinks
4.30 finishes on a Friday

The Successful applicant:
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in B2B or B2C environment
Must have a resilient and tough mindset due to Business Development focus
Be money motivated and keen to dramatically increase earning through a great commission structure
