This strong growth has created the opportunity for two recruitment team leaders in the Permanent Division of our SAP Brand and the Permanent Division of Identity & Access Management brand.

You will be managing a team that have been supported by hundreds of hours of specialist training delivered by our in-house Talent Development Team and are each actively engaged with hundreds of candidates in their specialist markets.
As part of the Cloud International Leadership team you will play a key role in shaping the business as well as having the freedom to make your own hires, set your teams targets and develop your team members into the future Leaders of the Business.

To succeed in this position you will need to bring:
*Strong knowledge and experience of the Recruitment Industry. Contract or Permanent recruitment
*The ability to coach, mentor and manage junior Recruitment Consultants.
*The discipline and time management skills to lead from the front with Personal Billings while also building a team.
*A positive attitude to work and the hunger and desire to do what is necessary to succeed.
*If you have experience recruiting into the SAP or Cyber Security markets that would be a bonus but is not essential.
