Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Basic Salary: £50,000 per annum or up to £250 per day
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Central London
Contract: 3 month Fixed Term Contract with a possible extension
The Role - What does the Talent Acquisition Specialist role look like?
Reed are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take responsibility for some of the internal recruitment within our technology and consultancy parts of the business.
The role will be recruiting individuals to work in the technical space and whilst you do not need to be technically minded, you do need to have an understanding of the industry to a depth that will allow you to talk to professionals easily, and having a robust knowledge of the consultancy business will also be a distinct advantage.

The Person - What makes a good Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles and seniority levels.
- Have the knowledge and experience to use creative solutions to recruit and not just rely on advert responses.
- Experience with LinkedIn is essential as is use of other tools that would lead to successful hires.
- Experience of head hunting
