Contract Length: 8 Months
Brief Overview of the Role:
70% of the role will be query and system management in relation to Kronos, due to monthly cut offs in 2 locations.
The month has busier and quieter periods where email volumes will fluctuate depending on the needs of the employees.
The current volumes of emails across both locations is approximately 500, with additional responsibilities including system updates, report running and data provision to heads in each location.
There will also be a requirement to provide cover for colleagues in Poland during annual leave, public holidays or absence and to attend weekly meetings to discuss on-going system issues with external parties and colleagues in other locations.
30% of the role will be liaising with managers and colleagues in the EMEA and APAC locations to collect KPI data to be collated into packs to be distributed to management, collection of information for the head of the department and involvement in on-going projects. There is also an element of travel management organising trips and submitting expenses.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Previous experience using Kronos or another System.
*Experience previously in data collection/analysing, ideally KPI.
*Experience of system navigation/HR Systems.
*Flexibility to move between tasks as and when required.
*Previous experience in project work.
*Previous experience in time and attendance systems.
*Ideally experience using Kronos.
*Experience within Financial Services.
