My client an award winning, innovative international communications agency based in fantastic offices have a fantastic opportunity for a senior HR Manager to join them as the business goes through an exciting period of growth.
Reporting into the HRD, you will be partnering the leadership team as the HR contact for various divisions within the business. You will play a crucial role in further evolving and embedding Talent and HR in the business with a focus on culture, engagement and talent management you will bring expertise of creatively driving this within a similar organisation.
This truly generalist role will include key projects around engagement, diversity, revamping company values, redefining the appraisal and interview process and training managers to name a few. You will have worked in a similar PR/Communications environment and be professional and adaptable in your approach to help drive the business forward.
A strong communicator, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport instantly. You will be innovative and collaborative in your approach, a true business partner when it comes to HR & Talent. A professional and versatile approach with experience in a similar creative industry is essential.
