Resource Delivery & Process Improvement Manager, c£45-55,000

Annapurna HR are working with an industry leader who are striving to become one of the best in class in the field of Talent Acquisition. In partnership, Annapurna HR are looking for a Resource Delivery & Process Improvement Manager to work closely with HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Senior Stakeholders and business partners to enable the entire function to continuously improve every day. This role will have responsible for the review of process alignment, standardisation, simplification, general governance and most importantly - improvement. There will be one individual who will be reporting into this position, with the responsible for data and quality assurance.

The successful candidate must continuously be wearing two hats, one managing 1 report who is ensuring BAU is functioning, however most importantly will be the second agenda of continuously looking to improve the effectiveness of the overall function. Experience in these two areas must be evident. Ideally the candidate will have experience working in a complex, matrix organisation previously.
