Corus Consultancy is a highly established and successful recruitment company base in Charlton, who are currently recruiting for an ambitious & confident Recruitment Resourcer. This position is FULL TIME - Monday to Friday.
Busy, friendly working environment carrying out a varied workload to include:-
* Liaising with candidates via telephone, email and on a face-to-face basis
* Resourcing candidates and pre-screening
* Database input to compliance level
* Compiling registration pack
* Lead generation on prospective new clients
* Promoting our online presence and web advertising of the business through creating mailshots, adverts and social media posts via Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
* Undertake other tasks and adhoc duties as and when required
* Answering incoming calls
* Potential to grow within the company to manage client accounts
* Will be required to have out of hours work phone.
* Once fully trained the new resource would need to be able to take over the out of hour's phone every now and then, they would also learn to deal with the teams busy business desk.

* Previous recruitment preferred but is not essential but your passion to be a winner is!
