We are currently recruiting for an exciting new addition to their ever-growing Engineering Recruitment Team in Maidenhead. Are you a Commercial Recruiter looking for your next career challenge? As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will be supporting our engineering delivery team working on one of our largest RPO accounts within construction. Put simply, we are looking for a passionate Recruiter with a successful, proven track record in managing the candidate process end to end within the commercial space. You will have worked on roles such as Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Planners, Estimators and Project Controllers. The Ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following:- Engineering/Construction recruitment experience- A proven track record of meeting KPI's and working towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.- The ability to work within a team and contribute towards a quarterly team target- A committed attitude towards work where your key focus is delivery.- Excellent organisational skillsExperience and Qualifications required:- High computer literacy skills- Degree educated or equivalent is desirable- Flexible attitude to work and travelBPS World is a fast-growing organisation and this role offers you the opportunity to progress your recruitment career rapidly as part of the exciting expansion plans.
