Sanderson, part of the wider RSG group, was established 40 years ago, now operating from 10 offices across the UK and Europe. The Southampton office was opened last year to create a footprint for our brand along the South Coast and surrounding areas, and build on the business that we had started to develop in that area.
Having had considerable success over the last 12 months, we have built up a strong portfolio of prestigious clients in the local area and a wide network of candidates. There is a high volume of work being generated and we are now looking for a consultant who knows the market, understands the perm recruitment process and can start delivering into the current vacancies as well as supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at the early stages of a new region, where you will have the chance to really develop your market and see the direct impact of your work on the business. In time, you will naturally incorporate business development but that will come through building relationships and identifying business opportunities through market knowledge and connections, rather than relentless cold calling for the sake of hitting targets.
The primary focus is on relationships, both with clients and candidates. In our business, it is about providing the highest standard of service, operating with professional credibility and integrity in order to bring together the strongest candidates and most prestigious clients.
