A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our agency here in Bury St Edmunds. The company have been operating for over 10 years and work with some of the most established companies in the region. The company will provide you with excellent training as well as a fantastic working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.
Basic £18k - £23k

Year one £30k OTE

Highly competitive monthly commission and quarterly bonus scheme

Duties Include
• Sourcing Candidates through a variety of means
• Business development via the telephone
• New and existing client meetings
• Matching candidates to jobs
• Advertising jobs on job boards and social media
