Job Description

The successful candidate will be focused on filling Barchester's vacancies for all positions including nursing and care practitioner vacancies for circa 50 care homes. This will include developing a proactive candidate attraction strategy and positive brand engagement for Barchester Health via events, networking, passive candidate attraction and social media campaigns. They will be working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation including the Care Operations teams, Home, Hospital & Corporate Hiring Managers, as well as external PSL providers and will therefore be confident building excellent working relationships and pushing back on hiring manager. In addition, they will be line managing two recruiters. Candidates will work very closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager to analyse recruitment data and metrics, ensure continuous innovation within the recruitment process and develop a talent pipeline. As a result of a recent change in the business, Barchester are in the process of recruiting a Recruitment Business Partner to manage support on recruiting for one of their three regions. They are therefore looking for an experienced, high volume recruiter with previous line management experience, ideally from a healthcare or customer service background to join their fast paced team.
