Managing Blue Chip Recruitment Accounts
We are looking to expand our current team with individuals who have experience in recruitment to be based at our offices in Leeds. Candidates will be able to prove an all-round knowledge of the recruitment industry and will be looking to break away from the heavy sales targeted culture associated with the traditional recruitment agency environment.
Ideal candidates will have a proven successful background in the recruitment industry. You will be confident, have excellent communication skills and comfortable to converse at management level. You will have the ability to spot opportunities and upsell whilst working to deadlines in a fast paced business environment. You will have a strong attention to detail with excellent PC skills, notably in Microsoft Word and Excel and be proficient in using the Internet. Above all you will show flexibility in your working attitude and be willing to help those within the business as required.
