Your new company
Our client is a well established and currently expanding Telecoms company based in Central London, and they are currently looking to recruit a temporary Office Manager on a 6 month contract. You will be working within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Your new role
Your new role as Office Manager will require you to provide ongoing support to your team and to lead the way in implementing structure and process during their time of expansion. You will need to be able to coordinate office operations and implement procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for meetings, communication with partners and handle administrative matters. This will include dealings with complex situations and multiple responsibilities, while simultaneously managing long-term, urgent and/or ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

  • At minimum of 2 years experience as an Office manager in a similar level role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to implement strict procedures with effectiveness
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
