My client, a highly respected public sector organisation requires a qualified Organisational Development advisor to join them for a period of 3 months, focusing on performance management for a particular project during a busy period of restructure. You will become a key member of the organisational Development team, proactively supporting and advising key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively provide project management on a performance management revamp project
- Design, deliver and evaluate jointly with HR business partners and other relevant stakeholders a strategy to support the OD and culture change agenda.
- Provide support and advice to managers on a range of organisational development areas, including learning and development offers, performance management processes and how this can be used effectively to improve performance and set standards of expectation.
You will be a productive and ambitious individual, possessing a high level of experience in performance management and contributing to OD projects.
