What Will You Do?
Be the best first impression of Austin Fraser!
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to determine start dates for new hires
Create an awesome first week experience for all new hires
Present Austin Fraser's "Apprenticeship" program to all new hires in Reading UK, and future offices
Frequently work with other members of the global Learning & Development team to create training content for new hires
Teach new hires the ABC's of recruiting, business development, and the overall process of placing a candidate
Use creativity and charisma to improve existing content and processes
What Do We Need?
2+ year(s) of staffing industry experience
4+ years of sales and training experience
Strong presentation skills
Creativity to improve processes
Obvious charisma and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to travel to other offices when needed
