Some key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Advisor are: Working with Line Managers to organise, track and deliver internal and external training programsCreate and monitor monthly reports to highlight trends, risks and action points. Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages. Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and HR.
