We are currently recruiting for a Candidate Resourcer to join our internal team here at Lucid Support Services.
As the Candidate Resourcer you will be joining a vibrant team to help identify suitable candidates across UK for delivery into Lucid's client base.
Your role as a Candidate Resourcer is target-driven, with commission obtainable from the moment you pick up the phone! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to gain valuable experience in order to carve out a career in Recruitment.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 1 year's commercial experience working within a recruitment company, retail or customer services style role, however we are considering entry level candidates under the Apprenticeship scheme.

- Location, evaluation and introduction of suitable candidates for client requirements.
- Qualification and short listing of candidates through in-depth screening.
- Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching.
- Generating leads and market information.
- Technological understanding.
- Cutting edge marketplace knowledge.
