Working for a Digital Design and Marketing Agency as an Internal Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates as quickly as possible. You will also develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all technical areas of the company.
Salary and Benefits
The Internal Technical Recruiter will be offered a competitive salary: £35,000 and will be eligible for the company bonus scheme. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.The opportunity is initially being offered as a 6 Month FTC but could be made permanent.
* Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, providing consultative advice on recruitment processes and best methods for selection
* Work with managers on defining requirements and producing job descriptions
* Conducting telephone and face to face interviews and managing the offer process
* Oversee relationships with recruitment PSL
* Strong IT Recruitment Background, recruiting in the following areas is essential is highly advantageous:
* Experience using a variety of job boards (Reed, Indeed, Monster etc.)
* Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders
