Internal Recruitment Resourcer/Coorindator

Resource Solutions Group (RSG), Bristol

We have a unique opportunity for a Resourcer/Coordinator to join the Internal Recruitment function of RSG, working directly alongside the Head of Talent, who will provide one-on-one training and support.

Why has this opportunity arisen?

After an incredibly successful start to the year, having already taken on over 30 new hires in 2017, the trajectory of growth is set to continue over the coming months and beyond. With increased demand from established clients and several new accounts that will be generating a large amount of work for RSG, we need further support on ground level to help us continue to provide the high quality service that our customers have come to expect, as well as increase our delivery and presence within our market space.

What will the role entail?

You will be helping to attract new candidates across all areas of the business, playing a key role in moving the business forward in it's growth strategy for the year ahead. The primary focus will be to source entry level consultants who have little or no experience in recruitment, to train in our Academy and develop into successful consultants in a variety of different teams.

You will be given the tools and training required to source candidates directly through adverts, job boards and LinkedIn, as well as conducting the initial phone screens and developing to getting involved with face to face interviews as well. You will also be required to assist with the coordination of the interview process, including diary management, facilitation of logistics and promoting a positive candidate experience.

You will deal with external agencies and internal hiring managers within the business, including senior stakeholders at Managing Director level. Through this, you will develop a thorough understanding of our company structure and the solutions we offer to our customers, and there will be a number of development routes for your career from this starting point.
