As Internal Communications Business Partner reporting to our Head of Corporate Communications you'll be working alongside our HR Leadership Team. You'll be responsible for all the communication required to underpin a number of HR change programmes that we are undertaking to enable our business to be FutureFit. You'll also support the HR team to bring a common voice and approach to the wide range of services that they provide to the business. Working as a true business partner you'll be the 'go to person' for their communications needs, advising them on the internal communications best practice required to make changes stick as well as providing hands on support at a practical level. That'll entail:• developing and delivering compelling change communications programmes and plans• developing and delivering the project message frameworks so that content is impactful, consistent and aligned to overall Arqiva messaging• creating engaging content and practical information• understanding and guiding the employee user experience so information is readily accessible and straightforward to understand, particularly on our intranet• ensuring activities are planned and integrated with our corporate agenda and meet our very high communication standards.Educated to Degree level, you must have a proven track record in a complex, matrixed corporate communications team in a similar environment, underpinned by experience of delivering internal business transformation communication activities, at corporate as well as programme level. Experience of partnering with HR in a change environment would be a definite advantage.
