Job Description

Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an Interim Reward Specialist to take on a 12 months FTC for a leading fast paced commercial business.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on supporting key business wide job evaluation projects whilst providing some business as usual support.

Due to the timescales of the project, I am looking for strong either a HR or Payroll specialist that has delivered job evaluation using hay methodology or a Reward/Benefits specialist who are on short notice periods and available to interview.

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Experience of supporting reward projects
*Must have experience in job evaluation and familiar with Hay methodology
*Strong stakeholder management experience and customer focused
*Have an incite in to implementing reward strategies and policies
*Have experience of salary benchmarking
