An expanding, leading asset management firm are actively looking for an organised part-time HR assistant with strong attention to detail who will support the wider human resources team.
Your new role
An ideal role for a HR assistant with extensive generalist experience looking for a position with condensed hours and who has previous experience working within the financial services. You will be responsible for managing all recruitment administration including background checks, starter documentation and organising multiple busy diaries to schedule interviews/meetings. Your day to day may vary from scanning leaver documents to drafting a high number of sophisticated contracts. Your role may also include some office administration and some other generalist duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have worked in a fast-paced working environment and have experience within the HR remit. You will have strong recruitment administration experience and will be comfortable dealing with general company queries such as company policies and holiday queries. SAP system experience is preferable.You will be dealing with senior stakeholders so high attention to detail will be vital. You will have previously worked within professional services.
