Job Description

As a member of the London HR team you will be the person who will drive the hiring efforts in London and support the strategic growth plans of the Bank. This person will report to the HR Manager and will partner the management team to support the business in house sourcing talent. This is a hands-on, end to end recruiting role responsible for but not limited to: Hiring for administrators through to Senior Associate level, across front office, back office and support functions; working with the PSL to coordinate the hiring process and proactively screen candidates; actively resourcing using your extensive network; advertising; utilising internal referrals; using direct sourcing tactics when appropriate; interviewing candidates where appropriate; building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to effectively drive direct hiring; and preparing contracts and offer paperwork in conjunction with the HR Assistant where necessary. This role is based in London with potential travel required when the business need occurs. Your new role * Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline. * Developing strong relationships with the business to promote direct sourcing capability. * Planning recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure our client secures the best talent. * Leading the way in developing and executing direct sourcing/candidate attraction strategies to ensure the highest calibre of candidates are attracted. * Working together with the Sourcing Partner to short list appropriate candidates, facilitate interviews and manage the candidate closing process. * Ensuring the recruitment process is managed in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice and market updates. * Have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience working in financial services or professional services * Be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues * Enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner within a complex stakeholder environment * Be well-organised, be customer service / delivery focused and detail-orientated, to deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame
