Our client are a large government organisation and are looking for an experienced Rewards Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and be responsible for the strategic and operational reward role help develop their Reward Strategy. This role will encompass both pay and benefits and will also include the annual co-ordination of annual reward deliverables and provision of an advisory and analytical service.
You will take overall responsibility for overall management and governance of the j0b description library, management of the process for running grading sessions and outcomes, liaising with Korn Ferry on grading for senior roles as well as coordinating the administration of the job evaluation process and liaising external suppliers and organising job discussions as necessary. You will also be tasked with coordinating voluntary programme including job matching, data preparation and submission.
It is also important that you have experience of Pay Reviews to be considered for this role.
