An exciting, VC-backed, growth stage company with an international presence are currently hiring for a HR Manager to join their team!

As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for performing HR-related duties for their main UK office and 2 regional offices in Europe and Asia, including overseeing & administering; benefits and payroll, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance and diversity/inclusion initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can navigate and lead through complexities, while living our value of "do the Right Thing" to inform decisions. You will partner with the US L&D/HR Manager as part of the broader F&A team, and report directly to the CFO (based in the states).

As HR Manager, you will:

  • Manage various HR plans, procedures and compliance for UK, Europe and Asia personnel.
  • Partner with US HR in developing department goals, objectives and systems with an eye to continually improve HR services and efficiency.
  • Manage recruitment efforts for UK, Europe and Asia; conduct new-employee orientation and create career-pathing programs.
  • Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of the global rewards and recognition initiatives
  • As an ever-evolving business, there will be ad Hoc project work and the scope to provide suggestions for process improvements and change initiatives to the HR function.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' experience as a HR professional, which will include advisory and administration duties in a generalist capacity. You'll also have exposure to recruitment and onboarding, sourcing candidates and new hire integration, with the ability to work well autonomously across time zones.

It's desirable to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field, as well as a CIPD qualification (level 3, 5 or 7).
