The Role: HR Manager

Location: Mid Wales

Salary: circa £50K plus Blue Chip Benefits including Private Health Care and Bonus Scheme

Overview:

A Superb manufacturing company are looking for a HR professional to join their busy site and work closely with the site management team. The role will be a mixture of Strategic and Operational HR management in a truly HR centric environment.

The Role:

Manage and guide 2 direct reports and be responsible for all on Site HR in a busy, fast paced environment.

Deal with various HR queries throughout the businesses

Provide an efficient & effective recruitment and selection service

Manage staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations

Provide employee relations advice, support and training to line management, e.g. discipline, grievance; performance management, absence.

Support health and safety management throughout the site.

Work with HR colleagues and managers to develop departmental and individual training and development plans.

The Person:

Experienced HR generalist with demonstrable experience of providing business focused guidance,

An excellent People person with experience in a factory environment, ideally within manufacturing.

Confident and knowledgeable in handling Employee Relations and being the first port of call to provide advice and support to all levels.

Ideally CIPD qualified, with the ability to work in both a strategic and operational capacity.

The role would suit a HR manager, HR Business Partner or HR Director
