You may play a leading role in recruiting great talent, support line managers with disciplinaries, create and influence others on policies and procedure implementation based on external and internal factors, review and analyse data on performance, or create and deliver training programs ... the list goes on. We're really excited to be running a HR graduate scheme within our Grocery businesses. Over 24 months, you'll get the opportunity to spend 12 months in two different businesses, experiencing HR from both a Supply Chain/Operations and Commercial perspective. You will gain a wide range of experiences, increasing and broadening your knowledge within the HR function and the wider business context in the FMCG industry. During your scheme, you'll receive core management training alongside HR-specific development and have the opportunity to start a fully-funded CIPD Level 5 qualification.
