HR Consultant - Performance Management focused
An experienced HR Consultant is required to support the Performance management team over the review period from January until the beginning of April.
Salary:- 4 months
Start:- January 2018 - April 2018
Salary: £350 per day - 5 Days a week / £400 per day - 4 Days per week
Working for an International consultancy based in Birmingham my client required support through their performance and review period with their Directorship. With a Performance Management framework in place and KPI's set they require the support in reviewing the individuals. Then working with the European CEO is setting the new KPIs for the forth coming finance year.
As the company is so busy at present the current HR team don't have the capacity to sit down with the CEO and Leadership team to review the KPI's set. The other aspect is to then to work with the leadership team to set the new the KPI's and business objectives against the performance management framework.
This role could be flexible for the right individual that can control the process from organising the reviews in Birmingham. Then able to deliver the same standards but over a 4 day week which the day rate could be increased to £400 per day.
You need to have a minimum of CIPD level 5 qualification supported by proven experience in running performance reviews at a Directorship level.
