Your new role
As HR/Personnel Co ordinator you will provide support to the wider HR and Recruitment Team and much of the emphasis will be focused on supporting the recruitment process. This will include promoting and advertising all vacancies, identifying suitable candidates and managing the recruitment in box and working closely with line managers to organise interviews/offers etc
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience will have been gained in either a HR Co -Ordinator role that has had a strong focus on Recruitment or a Resourcing role. You'll be able to multi task and work quickly and effectively .
