My client is a specialist financial services business with global footprint and undergoing rapid positive change. They have an urgent need for an HR Business Partner to work closely with their corporate functions, based in London. As the HR Business Partner, you will also be able to demonstrate experience of working through significant change, and the ability to develop, drive and implement HR strategy for your specialist client group. The role requires a commercially minded character, with the ability to mentor line managers and walk through processes in a time of change and transformation. Strong ER experience and the ability to manage senior stakeholders are essential and you will have the opportunity to be involved in some interesting project work. The successful candidate will be positive and proactive in nature, happy to work in a predominantly operational role as an important HR Business Partner to their business heads. Experience of working in a small to medium sized business within a financial services environment would be beneficial.
