This post is designated as a development role and you will work under the direction and close supervision of an HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner / Officer. The post will allow you to gain and develop the skills needed to undertake an HR Officer role. This means that you will undertake both routine HR administrative tasks and defined project work in order to gain a breadth of exposure and development. You will also have the opportunity to learn by shadowing others in the course of their duties and progressively taking on more responsibility yourself.
You will work closely with the HR Officers to provide a quality, proactive HR service. You will be proactive in supporting ER issues, attending meetings to take notes.
You will support the recruitment and training teams, getting involved in the whole recruitment process.
- Must have worked in a HR environment
- Must have provided first line advice and supported on ER cases
- Ideally will have or be studying towards CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Will have strong administration skills
