HR Advisor- Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire- Up to £28,000pa

£24,000- £28,000pa, depending on experience

Full Time- Monday to Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm

3% Pension

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a growing HR department, and a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Sowerby Bridge.

HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the HR Manager and you will be supporting the HR Manager in recruitment and HR projects as well as employee relations.
  • This is a generalist role where you will be ensuring all HR systems and processes are in place eg personnel records, new starters, leavers, induction etc. You will be responsible for all HR administration and support managers with any training requirements.
  • You will also be involved with recruitment across the group working with managers and team leaders on employee relations.
  • Ensuring that confidential information is kept secure.
  • Contribute ideas in order to continuously improve the HR function.

HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or above)
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge
  • Generalist HR experience, you will be familiar with HR Systems and procedures
  • Experience working within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
  • Confidence to deliver training to internal staff, including Senior Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
