Looking for an HR professional to work alongside the Head of HR overseeing day to day HR activities for UK business. Additionally, take on a variety of HR projects that would have a UK and Europe reach. Your day to day activities will involve, but not be limited to:
- Overseeing day to day HR activities across UK
- Employee life cycle
- Recruitment & selection
- Employee relations
- Liaise with and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Champion on-line talent management and learning & development processes
- Coordinate relocation and immigration through providers
- Oversee scholarship program
- HR project work
You are likely to hold a University degree (or equivalent) and be studying towards, or desire to study towards your CIPD level 5. You will have previous HR experience (circa 4 years), have good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and practices. You will be able to operate in a complex matrix organisation, and have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
