Induction - prepare all starter documentation, send out contracts, chase references
Training - identifying new training needs, co-ordinating training documentation, monitoring training
Database and inbox - first point of contact for all enquiries, updating and deleting data from their database
Reviews - collating review documents, liaising with Managers on feedback
Admin - filling, scanning, creating documentation Key skills and attributes required;
Previous experience gained within a HR administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills - both spoken and written
An effective relationship builder
