GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - SUMMER 2019
This recruitment firm is ranked in the top 50 companies to work for in the U.K and is looking to expand their business from 75 to 100 staff by the end of the year. They have a mixture of Consultants and Researchers and have organic growth from entry level to Directors. They are one of the most well-known businesses in their market and have ambitions of taking further market share.
The job of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant: You find candidates for your client's vacancies. You will spend a large part of the day on the phone, this will mean a lot of cold calling to win new Clients and also headhunt calls to find new Candidates. This is a highly competitive and fast paced sales environment with a depth of knowledge needed - full training provided.
You will earn commission on each placement you successfully make and as your network grows and you become more established within your sector, your earnings will increase. Typical earnings within Recruitment are.
- Year 1 - £35,000 OTE
- Year 2 - £60,000 OTE
- Year 3 - £80,000 + OTE
Training & Development:
The company have a great training scheme for their graduate recruitment consultants so you can progress as quickly as possible. The first 12 weeks of joining this firm will involve shadowing senior consultants, cold calling and learning how to headhunt and select top candidates. Over the next 3 months, you will be trained in business development, holding client meetings and structuring your working week to be an effective 360 consultant.
