As a Global Recruitment Manager for one of our leading accounts, you will work onsite at ARM in Cambridge and from your home office where you'll have the opportunity to work with the industry's smartest people. This role is a perfect example of bringing the innovative scope of Cielo's Talent Acquisition expertise to an equally innovative client within the technology industry.
Working with ARM - a worldwide network of technologists
Working on a key Cielo account you will spend 3 days per week onsite at ARM, one of the world's leading technology businesses responsible for technology used by an estimated 80% of the world's population. From mobile devices through to operating systems and smart motors, over a thousand worldwide companies develop products around ARM technology.
As the ARM Global Recruitment Manager, you'll lead a team of 10 colleagues based in the UK and Europe. Taking accountability for managing this team, you'll need to understand how to run an effective and optimized recruitment operation and how best to work in partnership as part of a global internal Talent Acquisition team.
As the Global Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Provide overall leadership for the Cielo team partnering with ARM
- Be the leader in driving operational best practice and efficiency
- Develop and manage Cielo's Service Excellence Programme to drive exceptional customer service for candidates, hiring managers and the internal team
- Build a truly engaged and integrated team that works closely with all internal colleagues to ensure we are working as a connected and united team.
You are a natural leader, with an interest in developing an inspired, high performing global team. You have experience of driving best practice and consistency into a recruitment function, and drive high standards with your team to enhance performance through strong people management, customer engagement, systems and data management. You are experienced in leading improvement on key performance metrics such time to hire, source of hire and are constantly looking for ways to improve candidate and HM experience.
Working with ARM, a background in the technology or engineering industry is preferable but not a must; the main thing is a genuine interest in technology, IOT and the connected world
