We are looking to grow further and you will be pivotal in that growth.

We operate 8 sectors from 26 branches across England. Our sectors are: Commercial, Construction, A &F, IT, Technical, Industrial, Driving and Healthcare. We operate a Temporary and a Permanents business. You could come from any of these sectors.

The role:

  • To lead and inspire the Perm team
  • To win business, and develop and grow the business
  • To grow the team by bringing in both experienced and trainee consultants
  • To make us a leader in Perms in the region

This role is not suited for those who want to sit back and live off others. It is a 'hands on' role of running a business, being at the centre; the best leaders lead from the front.

The role covers the Bristol region and in due course we could add in other Southern branches.

  • You will operate in one of our 8 sectors and have a passion for Perms
  • Very importantly, you will have career stability. Essential.
  • You will be able to demonstrate success and should currently be earning good bonus

Initial salary depends upon experience and what we feel you can bring. The range we have in mind is £50k to £75k.
