Manchester / Cheshire Region with UK Wide Travel
Basic in the region of 50/60k plus Car Allowance OTE £75,000 to £80,000+

They are currently seeking to recruit an exceptional Business Development Manager to consolidate strategic growth. Working in tandem with current teams specialising in their Vertical Market Sectors, the roles involves "some" existing Account management but mainly business development within new clients. Your client prospects will typically focus on companies with a minimum recruitment spend in excess of £120,000 p/annum, this can be Perm/interim or Contract (and temporary) organisations based across the UK - We are completely open on sector, we already operate within Finance, Insurance, Technology, Engineering and have dedicated Account Managers who cover these sectors, we are happy to add more clients to these verticals, or just as happy to further our portfolio
You will have a strong recruitment background - ideally from a Business Development aspect. Solutions sales experience is just as important as your ability to offer the highest levels of business development and account planning skills to board-level clients. You will be working closely with the senior Director who has a natural flair / passion for new business wins. A good understanding of relevant processes and procedures, although you may choose to hand over actual delivery. Most importantly, you will be credible and professional business developer with a keen desire to build your career and the flexibility to build a team of specialists around you.
